Our Activities

Daily Recreational Activities Section

At Seavoy Nursing Home, recreational activities form a central focus. Ranging from friendly board game competitions to creating beautiful pieces of artwork or even some gardening, there will be an activity to suit. In fact, we pride ourselves in the range of elderly games and activities we have to offer in our care – with good reason.
Our experience, backed up by research, shows that by enjoying activities in a nursing home the elderly benefit both mentally and physically. Moreover, it also brings some meaning to their lives as they explore and develop their various interests and hobbies.

Events and Celebrations Section

What are festivities without our beloved elderly? At Seavoy Nursing Home, its all about celebrations and spreading joy. The four major festivities (Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas) are celebrated at both branches of our nursing homes and the elderly and their family members come together for a memorable time together. Birthdays of all our elderly are also celebrated regularly to rejoice another successful year for our elderly.

Collaboration with The Community

From time to time, Seavoy Nursing Home collaborates with the outside community such as medical professionals and volunteers. Whilst medical professional conduct talks for our staff, residents and their family members, volunteers conduct meaningful activities for our elderly. Through such collaborations, we are able to ensure more enriching experiences for our residents and their family members as well as our staff.
