Plan Formulation

When your loved one is first admitted to Seavoy Nursing Home, they are assessed by the physician, the nurses and the physiotherapist, and a treatment plan is designed which is reviewed weekly.

Mrs A, a 82-year-old lady, was admitted following a traumatic pelvic fracture. Upon arrival, she was bedridden and required comprehensive nursing care. The multidisciplinary team implemented a tailored treatment plan, including pain management, physiotherapy, and psychosocial support. Over the course of six months, her condition improved significantly. Physiotherapy sessions facilitated her gradual transition from bed to chair, and she eventually regained independent mobility.
